Currently we are aware of an issue where staff are unable proceed with their workflow when attempting to complete a contract stage via the staff app. As a manager you may see that the contract has been completed, but the staff member will be returned to the start of the contract stage which was just completed.
Our team is working on a resolution for this issue. However, in the meantime there is a workaround to assist staff who are stuck on a contract stage of a workflow.
This involved logging into Ento via a web browser. This can be done using a web browser on the staff members mobile device, or any laptop/computer. The staff member can access the login page via myento.ento.au.
