'Groups' are an enterprise feature useful in reporting and attaching manager access too. They should be setup to match your companies org. structure. Suggested groupings include "divisions", "regions", "states" and "channels".
Enterprise customers can turn on up to three levels of groupings via the page. Once turned on they can be defined via the Company page, then set on each location via the section.
