Roster vitals are the set metrics used to determine the 'health' of a roster for some quick insights. The roster vitals bar at the bottom of a roster gives an overall summary of roster health. Each active roster vital is analysed based on set thresholds, and presented for review when publishing a roster.
Award compliance
Award compliance thresholds determine the health of the award compliance vital metric. Set the specific percentage of shifts for both low and critical alerts that would see a roster considered unhealthy, or even critically unhealthy.
Costing
Costing vital thresholds allow you to determine how far over budget would make a roster unhealthy, or even critically unhealthy.
Monitor earning rate types
The costing vital also allows you to select earning rate types to monitor while rostering, using the custom data. Below the use of custom data attached to earning rates is used to minimise triggering shifts that would cost using any earning rate tagged as Overtime.
Demand
Set the specific percentage of shifts for both hourly and daily demand that would see a roster considered unhealthy, or even critically unhealthy.
