As you may have seen, earlier this year, Humanforce repositioned its brand identity after a transformational journey during which the business evolved from providing best-of-breed workforce management (WFM) solutions (Humanforce and Ento), to delivering a best-in-one, intelligent, employee-centred and compliant human capital management (HCM) suite. This evolution was underpinned by the launch of a new website, which seeks to deliver a superior user experience for site visitors. We are now extending this superior customer and website experience to our Ento customers.
What does this mean for Ento customers?
You may find that some of the existing Ento website pages already link directly to an equivalent page on the new Humanforce website.
Today, you can still access Ento Help and Ento Customer Logins for staff and managers in the same way as you always have. In the New Year, we will be rolling out a new experience for you.
From the week commencing 8th January 2024, we will be launching a new global Support page and global Login page on the Humanforce website, that will be common for all Humanforce customers across all Humanforce products.
Navigating the Support and Login pages will be easy - you will simply select Ento as the product from the options displayed. Upon accessing the new Ento pages, you and your staff will continue to have access to these useful tools and resources:
- Your Ento Staff and Manager log in links
- Ento Help Resources
- Ento Help ticketing System
We recommend that when we share the new links with you in the New Year, that you bookmark the URLs for future use, and communicate these changes to your peers within your organisation.
