Email sent to all Ento customers on 9th January 2024
You may recall that we reached out at the end of 2023 to give you prior notice of a beneficial update to the way you access Ento support and log in pages, which will provide you with a superior customer and website experience.
What does this mean for Ento customers?
As of today, we have launched a new Humanforce global Help (formerly Support) page and a global Login page on the Humanforce website, which will serve as the common location for all Humanforce customers across all products to access Support and Login moving forward.
The existing Support and Login links on the Ento website have been redirected to these new global Help (formerly Support) and Login pages for your convenience.
Similarly, you may find that most of the existing Ento website pages now link directly to an equivalent page on the new Humanforce website. This work will continue until all pages are redirected, prior to the Ento website being decomissioned on 31st January 2024, as it will no longer serve a purpose with everything you require now even more accessible.

Although we have redirected the existing Login and Help pages to the new URLs above, we recommend that you bookmark the new URLs for future use, and communicate these changes to your peers within your organisation.
How do I navigate to the new Help and Login pages?
Navigating the Help and Login pages will be easy - you will simply select Ento as the product from the options displayed. Upon accessing the new Ento pages, you and your staff will continue to have access to these useful tools and resources:
- Your Ento Staff and Manager log in links
- Ento Help Resources
- Ento Help ticketing System
