Many casual staff juggle busy calendars, and lots of commitments. To make your life easier, let your manager know the days and times that you don't want to work in advance by applying for unavailability. And if things change? Retract your unavailability to update your manager.
Apply for Unavailability
-
Login to the Ento Employee area
-
From the main menu on the left hand side, select Unavailability
-

-
Click Apply
Ento Tip: Your organisation may require a minimum notice period (for example, 14 days) for Unavailability applications. If the date you can't work is greyed out in the application calendar, you'll need to contact your Manager instead
Using the options on the form, you can apply for unavailability in a pattern and specify if and when the unavailability should end.
