As an employee of an Organisation who uses Ento to create and schedule your shifts, you don't create your own Employee account - your Organisation does!
You may not have an Ento Employee account yet, if you

haven't received an email with the subject 'Welcome to Ento,' or
-
haven't received a password reset message when trying to reset your password
-
haven't been provided with a temporary password by your manager.
If you're not sure if your Organisation has set up your Ento Employee account yet, check with your manager to confirm:

that your Ento Employee account is active and
-
the email address, phone number or employee ID to enter in the Username field when logging in.
