To see shifts that haven't been assigned to an employee yet, and let your manager know which ones you are available and unavailable to work, follow the steps below.

Login to the Ento Employee area

On the main menu, go to Fill-ins

Any shifts that are available for you to pick up will be displayed.

To let your manager know you wish to work a particular shift, hover over the shift and click Available

To let your manager know you can't work a particular shift, hover over the shift and click Unavailable.
After you've indicated your availability, shifts are assigned to an employee in two ways:

Your manager will be notified of your availability and may assign the shift to you or someone else or
-
The shift may be automatically assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.
If the shift is assigned to you, it will appear in Shifts > Pending or Upcoming shifts (depending on whether your Organisation requires you to Acknowledge the shift.)
Ento Tip: Need more shifts? Make sure you have your notifications turned on so you can put your hand up for shifts as soon as they are offered. ✋
