To reset the password for your Ento Employee account:

Go to the Ento Employee Area login page or open the Ento Employee app on your mobile device

Enter your username and click Next

Click Forgot your password?

Enter your username and click Request New Password

A password reset message will be sent to your email or mobile. If you don't get a password reset message to your email or mobile within a few minutes, see our tips below.
If you're resetting your password from an email

Open the email with the subject Your Ento password reset instructions

Click the password reset link
-
Enter a new password of your choosing

Confirm the new password by entering it again

Click Set New Password.
Your new password will be set and you will be logged into your Ento Employee account.
Ento Tip: Once you've set a new password, make sure to update any saved passwords in your browser for a smooth login next time. Most browsers will ask whether you want to update the saved passwords, so just make sure you accept.
If you're resetting your password from a message sent to your mobile

Open the SMS with Your Ento password reset instructions in the first line

Copy the Reset code

Click the link for myau.ento.com or open your Ento Employee app

Enter your mobile phone number exactly as it appears in the SMS (including any spaces).

Click Next
-
Enter your Reset code in the password field

Enter a new password of your choosing

Confirm the new password by entering it again (in the second field below)

Click Set New Password.
Your new password will be set and you will be logged into your Ento Employee account.
Didn't receive a password reset email or message?
Here's a few tips on how to fix common issues:

Allow a few minutes for your reset message to be delivered

If you didn't get an email, check your spam or junk folder and/or search for Ento in your inbox

Check with your manager that your Organisation:

has set up your Ento Employee account and it is still Active
-
your email address and mobile number are recorded correctly.
