When you work for two or more organisations that use Ento, you can use the same email address and phone number with each employer. Simply follow the steps below to login to the correct account!

Head to the login page or app for the Ento Employee area

Enter your email address or phone number and click Next

You will be prompted the select the Ento Employee account you wish to login to

Make your selection, enter your password and click Login.
Troubleshooting
Help! One of the Organisations I work for isn't listed when I enter my username.
Check in with your manager to confirm:
-
your Ento Employee account has been set up and is Active
-
the email address, phone number or employee ID you need to enter as your Username.
Are my Ento Employee passwords the same for each of my Ento Employee accounts?
Nope! Even though your username may be the same for each of your Ento Employee accounts, the passwords are managed separately.
If you reset your password for one account, it does not reset the password on your other Ento Employee accounts.
To request a new password for one of your Ento Employee accounts:

follow steps 1-3 above, selecting the account you want a new password

click Forgot your password?

enter your email or phone number again

click Request New Password and follow the prompts in the reset SMS or email.
Repeat these steps for each of your Ento Employee accounts, if needed.
